The day starts with a cleansing Juice shot on arrival before we begin with Gentle Yin and Yang Movement that will both slowly energise your body as we come out of hibernation & beautifully calm the mind. During a short break we share beautiful home-made herbal tea for boosting the immune system & a small "Posh Porridge Pot" for warmth & comfort.
After delving into Deep Seasonal Meditation & long Yogic Rest (Nidra) to help Regulate the Nervous system, reduce Stress and help improve Sleep then all followed by a stunning Nutritious and Vibrant lunch menu supplied by fantastic local professional Chef Lucy Simper.
