Always the most lovely evening of festive wellbeing and relaxation.
An evening of gentle, restorative Yin yoga and deep relaxations. We share a cosy, warm, candle lit space of mindfulness, a chance to slow down and delve into guided meditations, visualising walks through a winter wonderland of peace, serenity and rest.
A beautiful backdrop to then share a glass of mulled Gin or Wine together with nibbles, festive cheer amongst likeminded yogi's and a holistic evening to softly welcome the season of good will.
