Come Fly with me and feel the wonderful beauty of practising yoga in the hammock. Supported, yet Stretchy, Strength based but wonderfully releasing, we loved it so much last year we're doing it again!! Open to all levels & no you don't have to hang upside down (if you don't want to!!)

    Each workshop lasts 1hr 15 minutes and there are x 4 places per session. Time slot allocation is on a first come first served basis. Session 1 : 9h-10.15h Session 2: 10.30h - 11.45h Session 3: 12h-13h15 Session 4: 13h30-14h45 Session 5: 15h-16h15
