About the event
From an elevated vista overlooking the vines we'll come together for a memorable Summers evening. Friends & families are welcome to join Lizzie and the Grand Mayne team for an informal Yoga class in the shade followed by a tasting of 4 of their wines and a paired Aperitif bite to compliment each.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of the area enjoy a hazy summers evening of Well-being, mindfulness, food and delicious local wines in this beautiful setting.
The Yoga class is suitable for, and open to all ages and levels of Yoga experience (even complete beginners). We'd like to extend the invitation to children and teens from age 6-17.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating and supervising adult. Teens age 13 + are welcome to join unsupervised.
The style of the class will be gentle, lighthearted, slow and calming exploring poses connected to nature and fun…
