You're most welcome to pay as you go & simply drop in to class, with all equipment supplied at no extra charge, it's simple and convenient.

Go to the "book a class" tab on the menu above and choose from the weekly schedule, paying online for your reservation or booking your mat but paying in person with cash on the day. Please note: no debit card facility on site - If you need to cancel we request 12 hrs notice by contacting Lizzie directly via email. Classes are subject to availability.

• MEMBERSHIPS: If you want to be committed and in a routine of exercising consistently I offer x 4 membership plans to suit all budgets with varying validity periods & perks. You can mix and match which classes you want to come to and choose between pre paying for 10 - 50 classes to suit your needs (please read terms and conditions prior to purchase.)

• You can also purchase any of these plans with cash, cheque or bank transfer directly with Lizzie. Instalment options also available.
