Bespoke and Refined - with lashings of French Rural Countryside charm. In 2017 I hosted my first independent retreat in France (that was even before we moved here!) so as you can imagine I've learnt lots along the way & have carefully year on year been refining and tweaking my offerings to what we have now.
From my stunning Manor House home and Professional Rustic barn studios I offer very small and carefully curated Seasonal Retreats with NEW EXCITING STUFF IN STORE FOR 2025!

Carefully choreographed flows, nutritious Chef prepared Menu's, Calm meditations and a lovely balance between soaking up the rural delights at a slow countryside pace with plenty of time for rest, stillness and mindful practises...

EMPOWERING FEMALE HEALTH RESET
In January 2024 I embarked on creating a new Health Programme for local ladies who were looking to make small, sustainable changes to their overall well-being. Taking a holistic & fact based approach we looked into improving Physical Fitness, Emotional and Mental Health and Nutrition by slowly implementing small lifestyle changes and sensible adjustments - Working with Nutritional coach Emma it's been a huge success helping ladies find more VITALITY - This programme it's safe to say will be an annual addition to my schedule.

WELLBEING AND LIFESTYLE - OPEN DAY & NETWORKING EVENT
March '24 I was delighted to be able to bring together and showcase the talents and services of many Professionals within the Wellbeing and Lifestyle industries that offer complimentary services to mine. Massage Therapists, Beauticians, Fitness clothing Suppliers, Nutritionists, Wine Tour Operators, Private Chef's, Local Epicerie's etc all under my roof showing the local community what they do!
It was a fantastic day and another event I'd love to host annually helping support & promote the quality services of independents like myself.
